Old Business:

• Matt will work with Draft Day Columbus on banquet food order (pork sandwiches & salad)
• Gun for the raffle has been secured, tickets are being printed
• Liability waivers were distributed and are required to participate in ANY club event in 2026
• Reminder to send a copy of your boating safety course & proof of insurance to Bob

New Business:

• Rich Carter gave an overview of his conservation project to improve fish care standards in Ohio based tournaments. Ideally standards from this program will be adopted by tournament directors on a voluntary basis to improve fish care
• The club is looking into purchasing weigh bags with battery powered aerators
• Will shared information released by FLW on the impact of microplastics on fish habitat
• Officers will work on updating the bylaws for 2026
• OBN is considering allowing boat captains to fish along with the kids in youth tournaments as a three man team
• Rich Carter gave everyone a copy of The Ohio Stream Guide, which is a book recently published by The Ohio Chapter of the American Fisheries Society
• Club voted to make the holiday gift exchange an annual event
