This week’s “Catch of the Week” goes to Bob Schinker, for taking the win at the ABA tournament held at Clear Fork Reservoir! Bob brought in a 5-fish limit weighing 20.38 lbs. to secure 1st place. He also claimed Big Bass honors with a 5.45 lb. Clear Fork kicker!
Anglers faced mild spring conditions, with morning temps in the upper 50s, warming into the low 70s by mid-day. Slight overcast skies and a light breeze made for ideal fishing weather, and the bass were clearly on the move. Fish were holding near main lake points on deeper grass edges, where the warmer water was pulling in baitfish.
