The Tuesday Evening Classic Tournament (TECT) at Alum Creek Lake has been a cornerstone of Central Ohio’s fishing community for over four decades. The TECT series runs from late April through early September, drawing anglers of all skill levels to the waters of Alum Creek Reservoir. With 19 to 20 events each season, TECT offers a competitive yet welcoming environment for fishing enthusiasts.

This past Tuesday, Matt Bertram and Will Presley showcased their skills by securing second place with an impressive five-bass limit totaling 14.41 pounds. Their achievement highlights the high level of competition and camaraderie that TECT fosters among its participants.

For those interested in joining or following the tournament series, TECT events are held on Tuesday evenings, with start times no later than 5:30 PM, and launches may occur as early as 5:15 PM.  More information and updates can be found on the TECT Fishing Tournament Facebook page.
