Tournament Director – Will Presley updated team on Mosquito and Rocky Fork results.

Boat Wash – Success!!  Solar Panels, Battery’s and pressure washer seemed to work flawlessly to clean all the clubs boats with less than 30 gallons of water.  New ideas were discussed how this can be set up for a youth team at many busy ramps to wash the public boats when exiting the ramp for a small donation that can go to the youth team.

New Business

Membership Dues are due next month – This is needed for the TBF Affiliation Roster that has to be turned in on November 1st.  Please get Jeff/Will a check or use Paypal on the website.  This has now been pushed to mid to late November.

Will brought forward of using Snapfish to display what our club did this year with both youth involvement and the Eco Boat Washer.  Scott Gordon is in need of youth pictures as well as any Eco Boat pictures.  Scott will get everything uploaded onto Snapfish then will meet one evening to pull it all together.  If you have more pics please text or email Scott.

2016 Lake Choices – Bob S brought up that it would be nice this year as we pick and choose lakes that each member tell us more about the lakes that they have on there list to choose from.  Also discussed should the club look at new lakes each year and not get in position to fish the same ones as we seem to do each year.  It’s always been thrown around of having Guntersville on the list for March as we are down there for Big Bass Splash.  Possible even adding Dale Hollow to a November slot.  It would be prime smallie fishing.  We could even take in Lake Chautauqua which is just 4 hours from Columbus (260 miles).  Much to consider and could be some great fishing.

Reminder Non-Boater Fee – Standard non-boater fee will be $20.00 per day per tournament to be paid to the boater. Other incurred fees such as launching and parking will be split evenly between the boater and non-boater. Excessive boat travel should be negotiated between the boater and non-boater.

50/50 – Jeff Leonard $20
