Lake Erie Day 2
This was a shorter day on the water 6am to 2pm but still had beautiful skies and calm winds at the start of the day.
Scott Gordon and Dave Sprow reached there spot around 6:20 to find it with no one on it. As we put the trolling motor in the water the phone rang caller id “Terry Hall”. I told Dave this is not good. Terry said, son I am broke down. So we strap everything down and begin our search on the big water. We found him about 5 miles out, he had another boat from club with him. We are going to buy Chris and Terry a rope for that boat so they have one in the future. You never know when you or someone else is going to need pulled in. We got Terry pulled back to the ramp at 5mph.
It was good that Chris was out there and was able to meet us back at the ramp and pick Terry up so he could fish out the day. Dave and Scott got back to their first spot around 8:30am.
For day 2 we brought in 41 fish to the scale for a total of 117 pounds.
Congrats to Scott Gordon for a real win, not like that 2 boat tourney from last year on Ohio River.
