CBM May Meeting Minutes
Will Presley Jr called the meeting to order at 7pm and Welcomed The Hartley Hawgs and parents to the meeting. This was a meet and greet for their upcoming 2015 High School Fishing Student Angler Federation which will take place at Alum Creek Lake on May 9th. Many of the Hartley Hawgs are paired up with Columbus Bassmaster Boat Captains.

Treasurer report – $1,171.00
Jeff brought forward to the club on submitting for a 501 C7 to put the club into Tax Exempt status as a club. Motion was made to submit, seconded and voted to move forward. Cost around $400
Tournament Director – Rod Russell – Provided updates on recent Clearfork Lake tournament. 1st Dan, 2nd Jeff, 3rd Bob P, 4th Chad.
Next Club Tournament is ALum Creek @ New Galena ramp be there by 6am for 6:30 start.

Will will need to turn in names for Tournament for Champions by June 8th. Club will decide at Alum Creek who will fish that event.
Nine names chose to fish Ohio Bass Nation Team event, club will need to round that to 5 two man team field to fish Lake Erie on September 12 & 13. Let Will know if you would like to fish.
Mister Twister sent another package, but to the wrong address. So a new shipment is on the way in to see some new lures to review and test.
